Herbal Sunburn Spray

  • 50ml Melissa Hydrosol
  • 30ml Aloe Vera Liquid
  • 15ml Colloidal Silver
  • 35 Drops Lavender Pure Essential Oil
  • 10 Drops Peppermint Pure Essential Oil

Combine all ingredients and pour into 100ml spray bottle (dark glass)

Spray liberally onto sunburnt areas as often as required.

This mixture relieves pain and inflammation and prevents blistering when used correctly, i.e. as soon as possible after exposure.

Safe for all age groups.

NOTE: This remedy is for after sun exposure.

Oatmeal & Milk Bath

An amazing skin soothing and softening bath product. Effective for eczema, psoriasis, chicken pox, measles etc.

  • 1 Cup Goats Milk Powder
  • ½ Cup Full Cream Milk Powder
  • 1 Cup Colloidal Oatmeal
  • 60 Drops Lavender Pure Essential Oil

Grind lavender essential oil carefully into ½ cup full cream milk powder ensuring no lumps of oil.
Then combine all ingredients thoroughly.
Place in an attractive glass bottle or jar.
Use approximately ½ cup per bath or more if desired.

  • 50ml Arnica Oil
  • 40ml St Johns Wort Oil
  • 10 Drops Peppermint Essential Oil
  • 10 Drops Rosemary Essential Oil
  • 6 Drops Wintergreen Essential Oil
  • 6 Drops Chamomile Essential Oil
  • 6 Drops Juniper Essential Oil

Combine all ingredients into a 100ml bottle and shake well. This wonderful oil soothes aching muscles, sprains and inflamed, swollen and bruised areas.

Cooling Peppermint Foot Cream

An amazingly easy but most effective cream for painful feet, or any other part of the body. (So cooling)

  • 1 Cup Moisturising Base Cream
  • ½ Cup Shea Nut Butter – Melted
  • 1 Tablespoon Menthol Flakes
  • 1 Teaspoon Peppermint Pure Essential Oil
  • 4 Drops Grapefruit Seed Extract

Gently melt shea nut butter in a double boiler – remove from heat and cool, then incorporate into moisturising base cream – whip with a hand held whisk until well blended and thickened. Should have a butter like consistency. Place peppermint essential oil in a container, with the menthol flakes, place container in a bowl of hot water until menthol flakes are melted. Add menthol and peppermint essential oil to the cream mixture and combine well. Lastly add grapefruit seed extract and package in sterilised jar.
