Creating Natural Skincare Products

Dates: Saturday 25th of February and Sunday 26th of February
Time: 10:30am – 5:00pm

A two day basic intensive workshop designed to show you how simple, easy and cost effective it is to create your own superior, chemical free beautiful skincare products.

Over the course of two days you will learn to make your own base creams, herbal infused oils etc. study which herbs and natural ingredients are the most effective in rejuvenating, healing and improving the look, texture and health of your skin.

You will learn how to make over fifteen unique, specialized natural skin and body care products worth hundreds of dollars and you will take these home with you at the end of each day. No experience is necessary – we set you on a new and exciting path to formulating all of your personal skincare products free of any chemical contamination, and customized to suit your skins unique needs.

Making Herbal Ointments, Salves & Chest Rubs

During this workshop we will show you how simple it is to make your own healing ointments, salves & chest rubs from beeswax, herbally infused oils and pure essential oils. We create pure, natural, superior products from wild crafted plants, organic herbs & oils at a fraction of the cost of the chemical nasties.

Creating Natural Baby Care Products

During this creative workshop, students will learn to make a range of natural chemically free baby and child care products. Learn which herbs, oils, essential oils etc are safe, effective ingredients to use for your children’s products. We make eczema creams, diaper creams, lotions, shampoo, anti-colic and massage oils for your child’s specific needs. A workshop for those wishing to eliminate nasty chemicals from their babies life and/or for those looking to start a business based on truly natural baby care.

Wild Weeds as Food & Medicine

An informative and cost saving workshop looking at the amazing culinary, medicinal and money saving uses of the common weeds of our gardens and fields. Learn to recognise them, use them for their huge vitamin, mineral & nutrient value and how to prepare them and/or turn them into an easily prepared medicine. Bring a camera to this workshop. This is an outdoor class, although you will make one product to take home, plus cuttings & seedlings.

During this fun workshop you will create gorgeous goat’s milk soaps, clear translucent soaps, natural olive soaps, imbedded soaps and stunningly beautiful felted soaps. All to take home on the day.
