HERBAL SEASONINGS AND BLENDS

FOR SALADS, VEGETABLES, EGGS, COTTAGE CHEESE ETC:

  • 1 Tsp Finely chopped dried lemon peel
  • 1 Tblsp Lemon Balm leaves
  • 2 Tsp White Pepper
  • 2 Tsp Paprika
  • 2 Tsp Thyme
  • 2 Tsp Onion Powder or Granules
  • 2 Tsp Dill Seed
  • 2 Tsp Parsley
  • 1 Tblsp Garlic Powder or Granules
  • 1 Tblsp Dry Mustard
  • 1 Tblsp Marjoram
    Grind all together in a coffee grinder or blender.

SEAFOOD BLEND – For grilled, poached and baked fish – either before or after cooking:

  • 1 Tblsp Thyme
  • 1 Tblsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1 Tblsp Sage
  • 1 Tblsp Marjoram
  • 1 Tblsp Chives
  • 1 Tblsp Onion Flakes
  • 1 Tblsp Bay Leaf
  • 1 Tblsp Cardamon Podsblend
    Grind all together.

TOMATO BLEND:

  • 2 Tblsp Basil
  • 1 Tblsp Marjoram
  • 1 Tblsp Oregano
  • 1 Tblsp Parsley
  • 1 Tblsp Chives
    Grind all together.

LEMON PEPPER:

  • 5 Tblsp Lemon Balm
  • 1 Tblsp Thyme
  • 1 Tblsp Coriander
  • 100gms Black or White Pepper
  • Dried, chopped peel of 6 Lemons
    Grind all together.
