Skin Healing Bath Milk

SKIN HEALING BATH MILK 100gms Goat’s Milk Powder 100gms Coconut Cream Powder 100gms Baking Soda 20 – 25 drops Tuberose or Elemi Pure Essential Oil Combine all powders well – ensuring no lumps. Take 1/2 cup of this mixture and carefully grind the essential oil well into the powder. Combine this mix into the balance of powders. Place in glass bottles and seal. Use approximately 100gms for a skin soothing, anti-itch healing bath.

French Clay & Goat’s Milk Mask

• 3 Tablespoons White French Clay • 2 Tablespoons NZ goat’s milk powder • 1 Teaspoon Rosehip Seed Powder (for extra Vitamin C and collagen production) Combine all powdered ingredients into a jar and shake till well distributed. Directions for use: Combine 2 teaspoons of mixture with your favourite hydrosol to form a thick paste. Apply thickly to face and neck area, after first cleansing the skin. Leave paste to dry till crack stage – then rinse off with warm water. This lovely mask is gentle on the skin, exfoliates, deep cleanses and leaves skin soft, moisturised and toned.
