Nail Strengthening Soak
- 1 tsp dried Horsetail
- 1 tsp dried Oatstraw
Infuse the above herbs in 1 cup boiling water. Leave to cool – divide in half (store 1/2 in refrigerator for later use).
Soak both hands (fingernail parts) in the tea for 20mins.
Dry and rub cuticles with cuticle oil. (See cuticle oil recipe).
Horsetail and Oatstraw are herbs that are exceptionally rich in silica – important for strengthening and hardening of nails, bones, hair etc.
Use daily until nails improve in strength.
