Winter Warmer Foot Bath

  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper powder
  • 2 tblsp Goats Milk powder
  • 2 drops Ginger essential oil
  • 1 drop Lemon essential oil

Warm to hot water in large bowl.

Mix Cayenne Powder with Goats Milk powder, combining well. Grind the essential oils into the powder blend in a mortar and pestle or use a cup and the back of a spoon, mixing well. Make a paste with water and add hot water. Water volume needs to reach the ankles when feet are immersed and should be warm to hot. Soak 20 – 30 minutes for best effect. This mixture if used regularly will greatly assist circulation to the lower limbs and helps chilblains.
