50ml Horse Chestnut infused oil 10ml Arnica oil 10ml Calendula oil 5ml Comfrey infused oil 10ml Marshmallow Root infused oil 5ml Evening Primrose seed oil 6ml Meadowfoam seed oil 2ml (40 drops) Rosemary essential oil 2ml (40 drops) Chamomile essential oil Mix above ingredients in dark glass bottle. Shake well. Apply 3-4 times daily to shrink veins and ease pain.

Massage nail and cuticle area thoroughly before bed at night – for best results. Although this highly nourishing mixture may be used as often as wished.

2 tsp Beeswax 1 tsp Ale Vera Gel 1 tblsp Jojoba oil 1 tblsp Rosehip seed oil 1 tblsp Aloe Vera oil 1 tsp Vegetable Glycerine 8 drops Sweet Orange essential oil Melt Beeswax, Jojoba, Rosehip and Aloe Vera oil gently in a double boiler until beeswax is melted and the oils combined. Remove from the heat, add the vegetable glycerine first and stir well. Then add the Aloe Vera Gel and sweet orange essential oil and stir until all well combined. Pour into sterilised pot or roll on tubes. For an extra shimmer, add pearl mica to the blend.

¼ cup Beeswax ¼ cup Jojoba oil ½ cup Calendula oil ¼ cup Plantain infused oil 3 tsp Castor oil 8 drops Chamomile essential oil Using a double boiler combine all ingredients and melt gently until beeswax is melted and oils are well mixed. Remove from heat, pour into a hot heatproof jug, add chamomile essential oil and pour into prepared pots. This makes several good sized pots that soothes and heals dry or damaged skin.

1gm Beeswax 5ml Castor oil – organic 2ml Meadowfoam seed oil 2ml Jojoba oil – organic Combine all ingredients in a double boiler and stir until well combined. Pour into sterilised pots and allow to cool before placing lid on. The resulting mixture will be a thick gel type substance which will actually strengthen your eyelashes if used regularly. Apply a small amount often – too much will make your lashes stick together.

95mls Vodka (38 – 40% proof) 12 Drops myrrh tincture 3 Teaspoons peppermint – dried 12 Drops peppermint essential oil Place dried peppermint in vodka and leave to infuse for at least 3 weeks. Strain dried leaves from vodka. Place peppermint infused vodka into 100ml amber glass bottle, add peppermint essential oil and myrrh tincture and shake thoroughly before use. Works well with a dropper in the bottle. This mouthwash is excellent for mouth ulcers, soft, spongy and bleeding gums and to freshen breath. Use daily
