Lemon Balm & Chive Butter Recipe

Here’s a super simple, DELICIOUS and herbaceous recipe for you to try out this week! This is what you’ll need; ½ cup unsalted butter, softened 3 tblsp lemon balm, chopped finely 1 tblsp parsley, chopped finely 1 tblsp chives chopped finely Combine all ingredients and add salt to taste. Cover and then chill to let the flavours blend.
